A large majority of you have had your engravers, lasers, mills or routers
serviced by me or my staff, or purchased them from me directly. Since 1990, I've headed up several technical, customer support or sales centers at a national level. Presently, I am the Western Regional Service Center for Many Engravers & Lasers, as well as Big Routers & Class-4 Lasers.
I'm also the MASTER Sales & Service Distributor for North America and Hawaii for Boss & OMTech lasers with factory representatives in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, & San Jose, as well as Demo sites throughout my territory. Additionally, we provide Sales & Service support for Thunder Laser, Aeon Lasers and Xenetech as well as Lightburn, EngraveLab and CorelDraw training.
At Engravers Choice, we are very proud of our level of involvement with the Signage & Engraving Industries -- the majority of our manufacturers produce lasers, rotary engravers, and the software/print drivers to run them from the ground up. Additionally, we are factory trained to service Dahlgren, Newing Hall, Western, MultiCam Routers, H-Square, Precix lasers, Meistergram rotary and lasers, Ikonics Sandblasters, GravoGraph & New Hermes, Surgrave, Epilog, Trotec, FlexiCam Routers, EuroLaser, CamTech Routers & Lasers , and of course- provide training & support on all of them. As you can see, we have experience on most engravers, routers, lasers and their software. We have several sites in Southern California - our main location is designed to do both service and product demonstrations; as well as training and job shop production. We also provide PC-2-PC service support & training on equipment that has been in
the field since the early 1990’s.
We offer a full curriculum, ranging from basic engraving skills to advanced software including Xenetech (XGW), FlexiEngrave, Cadlink, SignLab, ProfileLab, Engravelab, and CorelDraw, products (we are a CorelDraw & EngraveLab Training Partner and Beta Tester); ranging from gift & personalization engraving to wood and industrial applications, like full routing and parts making. We present user's clinics on CorelDraw & EngraveLab all over the Planet, and have video Training packages for sale.
We have, in the past, written for GraphicsPro Magazine, Visual Impact from Australia & Recognition Review (ARA), and have also written many articles like "Tech Tips", a monthly column in A&E (NBM), and "Tech Time" for the Engravers' Journal -- both are major monthly magazines in the engraving industry. "Tech Tips & Tech Time" show you, the operator, how to do some of your own repairs, and thus saves time and money. Our main mission/goal is to help your business expand, so we think of ourselves as your business partner. We look forward to hearing from you with any questions you may have.
Joe has always been able to handle any problem I have had with any of my
